Looking on organizing an event with a (government, community center, lodge, city, school, museum, festival, etc.), and want to add an Algonquin presentation where people can (see, touch, learn, and take pictures). Here are the types of presentations offered:

Prior to calling, there are a few questions to address. The prices of presentations vary depending on each event request.
Event - Location. Where is the event taking place?
Event - Dates. How many days is the event?
Event - Time. What is the daily schedule (start and end time of the event)?
Event - Audience. Who is the audience (age or any other specifics)? In order to best address the audience.
Event - Audience - Language Preference. Algonquin, English, French, or bilingual?
Event - Audience - Number of Attendees. Is this for a group? Is this for an all-day event with ongoing tourists?
Event - Overnight Storage Area. If the event is more than one day, is there a security guard or locked storage space?
Fees - Salary. Covering professional services.
Fees - Travel Expenses. Covering gas fees-rates (km distance from Kitigan Zibi, QC)?
Fees - Parking. Is there an allocated free parking area? Is it permitted to drive on grounds with a vehicle to unload and reload the cargo?
Fees - Accommodation. A hotel room would be added in the fees, if the event is either (at night; more than two hours away from Kitigan Zibi; or more than one day).
Fees - Meals. Depending on the event schedule, fees for (breakfast, lunch, and supper) would require to be included.
* Note: All presentations include: a facility, tables, chairs and canopies provided at Pinock’s garage. For external presentation, arrangements would be required to be provided by the requester.
